On Saturday evening a concert was held' at .North-cast Harbor by the Maoandrew Bay Regatta. Committee in aid of its funds tor the forthcoming regatta, on Boxing Day. A splendid concert was arranged, and Commodore E. T. Moller presided over a very largo audience. After the concert a very successful dance was held, followed by three cheers for the performers.
