After a four days’ discussion, the AllIndia Congress Committee at Calcutta failed to achieve unanimity on ib© question of whether the Non-co-operators should bo allowed to participate in the election of the Legislatures, with the object of weakening reforms. Tho question was finally referred to the National Congress at Gaya on the 27th, also the question of boycotting British goods.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
