DOMINION S’ REPRESENTATIVES ACTIVE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 6. A .meeting of Agents-General to consider questions relating to the Empire Exhibition decided to confer with Sir Joseph Cook with reference to. the following motion by Sir J. D. Connolly (AgentGeneral for Western Australia.) : That a committee, consisting of the High Commisnioaiers, Agents-General, and representatives of the colonial Governments participating in the ’exhibition, confer with th« Executive Council for tho purpose of making a report and recommendations for carrying out the following policy: 1. That as far os is practicable all building materials used m the exhibition be drawn from the dominions and colonies with a view of demonstrating tho opportunities and prospects offered tho people for residence, land settlement, and the establishment of industries in the dominions. 2. That in all contracts for catering and the-sale of products, including wines and cigars, none but tho dominions’ and colonial! products be used or sold. 3. That in letting all catering contracts, the first consideration should bo given to tho promotion of an effective selling catering organisation within Great Britain, having for its sole object the promotion, sale, use, and consumption of the dominions’ and colonial produce. 4.
