RAILWAY STAFF CHANGES.
Mr H. P. Stanaway, chief passenger clerk, Dunedin, is appointed Station master at Napier, in place of Mr West, who comes to Dunedin m cKi«f clerk to iho manager. Mr S. Knlayson, auditor, becomes chief pasmrgear clerk at Dunedin, succeeding Mr Stanaway.
