A vacant section adjacent to the MiltonWoollni Mills is packed with building timber in process of drying at the present time (says the ‘ Olutha Free Press'). It is to bo used for the purpose of building homes for employees at the mills. _ At the sale of sections in Duthio’s subdivision some time ago the Woollen Company bought fifty acres for homes for workers, and already six houses have been erected, and more are to follow. They are leased at a moderate rental; and tho occupant has the right of purchase. For this experiment in practical philanthropy the company is to-be commended.
