ATHENS, September 10. (Received 'September 11, at 12.30 p.m.) The King has issued a message to the nation urging calmness, and stating that measures are being taken throughout tho country to maintain order. M. Triantafillekos is forming a Ministry.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
