RETURNED SOLDIERS’ CHOIR

The second concert of the season to be given by this popular choir in His Majesty's Theatre on Monday evening next promises to be one of the best it has given. The programme is one of outstanding merit. Besides the great part song, ‘ Haroldl Harfager 1 there are two or three items that have not yet been heard in Dunedin. The assisting artists are Mrs Cooper (a lady soprano who comes with a great reputation) and) Mr J. A. Wallace (violinist), who is always sure of an attentive hearing. Various members of the choir will also assist, and the choir quartet party will render an attractive item. The plan opens at The Bristol on Thursday morning, not on Wednesday, as previously advertised.
