PALOONA’S MAILS
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—The department's reply is as unmiift factory as it waa last month. Any commercial concern would soon materially fuff el in competition if such neglect perpetually arose. Ono telephone message of inquiry before 5 p.m. on Tuesday undoubtedly should hare been sent, but it would be far too much for us to expect such n, confession. Wo do expect this to be dona always. Wednesday morning’s reiteration was of no value to anybody. I trust that tho Chamber of Commerce will hinder these repetition*—l aas, etc., Commbkcs. ■ August 26»
