Postal rates in Britain recently have been reduced, a three-halfpenny stamp now taking the place of the twopenny one. About the lime of the change an Aberdeen man was short of stamps, and borrowed three twopenny ones from his neighbor. On Monday he' returned three halfpenny stamps.
