LONDON, August 30. Mr J. H, Thomas, M.P., addressing the railwayman at Chester, said; “ Unemployment can only be settled by Labor attaining power and changing fundamentally Britain’s foreign policy. We are suffering from the blind and silly policy pursued at Versailles.”
