The Allied andi Greek Commissioners have signed an agreement establishing a neutral 1 zone of four miles between the Greek and Turkish outposts.—A. and N.Z. Cable, ATHENS, August 18. Asked whether, after tho transmission of the last Allied Note, tho application of the new administrative measures in Asia Minor had been adjourned, M. Stais (Greek Minister of the Interior) replied in the negative, adding that tho application of the measures would bo hastened..—A. and N.Z. Cable.
