Press Association--By Telegraph—'Copyright PEKING, August 11. _ Dr Sun Yat-Son’s flight means his elimination from the immediate situation in China, although as ’a leader of_ the Liberal element, which is now organising Chinese Labor, he will probably exrift a Tremendous influence in the future. Cheng Chiung-Ming’s victory indicates a further weakening of Ohang Tso-Lin, and it is now likely that the North and South will compromise as a result. Cheng Chiung-Ming and Wu Pei-Fu have agreed upon the principal points necessary for a national agreement. Cheng Oliiung-Ming. will insist upon a large amount of provincial autonomy being under th,o permanent legislation which is nos, being ‘ drafted by Parliament. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
