Tn response to a communication 'sent from Wellington, the following cable was received from London : The London branch stands for nothing less than a one-Power standard; it emphasises the paramount importance of educational work on sea power, past and present and future; it stands for tho teaching of a proper spirit of loyalty and patriotism to the children of the Empire.,
