WASHINGTON, July 24. The Supremo Court dismissed an indictmont charging tho owners, builders, and architects of the Knickerbocker Kinema Theatre'with murder as the result o_f the tragic collapse of the roof last winter. The court held that the indictment wa« defective and insufficient, because it did not contain the essential facts forming the basis of the alleged offence. An appeal will be taken to the Court of Appear.-r-A. and N.Z. Cable. [A heavy load of snow caused the collapse in January last of the roof and a wall* of tho Knickerbocker theatre. Over 100 persons were killed. The coroners jury found that nine architects, engineers, building and builders were responsible for the disaster.]
