INVASION OF SYDNEY TROTTERS. [Special to the ‘ Star. 1 CHRISTCHURCH, July 15. W. J. Tompkinson leaves Sydney for Now Zealand to-day. He is bringing ten horses, eight of whom are freely engaged at the Metropolitan August Meeting. They comprise Realm (who_ has a record of Amin 29sec for two miles, and is eligible for the New Zealand Trotting Cup), the paoers Happy Voyage, Centreway, Escort, Bisraurate, and Snow Shoe, and Wimmera King and Kean John (a pair of useful unhoppled trotters). Tompkinson’s team will be sheltered' at C. Hanning’s •tables at Eiccarton.
