A new programme opened at the Grand this afternoon. The chief attractions were ‘Any Wife,’ starring Pearl White, and ‘Love’s Masquerade,’ featuring Conway Tearle. , , , A fresh bill at ..the Queen s is headed by ‘ The Truth About Husbands,’ a First National release starring May M’Avoy. There are good supports. The features of the programme winch commenced at the Plaza this afternoon are Pearl White in ‘ Any Wife ’ and Conway Tearle in ‘Love’s Masquerade.’ ‘ The Mark of Zor.ro,’ the new headliner at Everybody’s, presents Douglas Fairbanks in a powerful role. There is a good list of supporting pictures. Wallace Reid and Gloria Swanson are entrusted with the chief roles in ‘ Don’t Tell Everything, 1 the piece de resistance at the Empire at present. ‘ The Song of Life,’ a lino drama, from the First National studios, is the principal attraction at the King Edward. Grace Darmond is seen in the chief role. ‘ Over the Hill ’ will bo disclosed again at the Octagon to-night, i lie picture is a really fine one in every respect. The box plan is at Begg’s.
