Joins, chairman of the Whangarei County Council, has announced that he will contest the Marsden seal as an Independent Reform candidate. Other declared candidates are Air G. S. 15. -Morrison (Official IT forint ami Mr A. FI. Curtis (Independent JlcCorm). Air JMander (the silting member) has announced his retirement from aclive politics.
