Jopsou (Naseby), £2 12s, for drapery supplied; same v. J. Radford (Bannockburn), costs only (ss); same v. Jour, Stenhoiifo (Win-ton), £l4, for drapery supplied; John Ferguson (Hamilton) v. 'lrc\or Tapp, £l3, for rent due. JUDGEMENT SUMMONS. The City Drapery Store (Mr T. O’Shea) proceeded against Thomas Clark on a judgment summons for Lie recovery of £2, being b Nance due for drapery supplied. The defendant did not appear, and an order was made for the amount claimed, with costs (6s), in default, three days’ imprisonment.
