A FORECAST. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 29. The ‘Westminster Gazette's’ political critic forecasts Monday’s Budget to include a reduction of Is in the income tax, Id on sugar, 2d on tea, some postal concessions, and a. small reduction in the entertainments tax, the total reductions amounting to £60,000,000. The critic suggests that the Sinking Fund may bo suspended, though the interest will have to bo paid.—Reuter.
