[Peu United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 28. Tho Court of Appeal contimied hearing argument in the cases between the Gisborne Harbor Board and George Henry Lvsnar. The latter’s counsel (Mr Buniard) citwi further authorities in onpport of his avuimimt that section 57 of tho Harbors Ac! did nor compel the Harbor Board to call public tenders for a. work of the typ® referred to in the board’s contract, with Lytnar. .
