(Received April 28, at 10 a.m.) The ‘Pall Mall Gazelle’ slates that notwithstanding .Sir Ross Smith's death, plans are well advanced for another air ilight round, tho world. The pilot will be*a former R.A.F. oliicer, who is now employed by the Air Ministry. A. specially designed flying boat of huge dimensions is to bo built.
The route proposed is westwards, starting from Lisbon, thence to the Azores, across North, America, then to Honolulu, Manila, Calcutta, and Cairn,—A. and N.Z. Cable.
