A striking address on hysteria and mental hygiene was, given by Dr Hildred Garlilo, the expert on nervous diseases, at the Institute of Hygiene, in London, Ho said that ridiculous remedies for insomnia were as numerous as its causes. . They range from counting sheep to lying in bed with one oys open.
