A now - departure in the fish canning industry is reported from South Africa. A Capo Town Arm Las fitted l up a 300-ton schooner, fulhr equipped for catching and canning crayfish at sea. It has on board all the necessary machinery, and carries a staff of fifty hands. Crayfish will be pealed up in tins almost as soon aa caught.
