On Sunday afternoon Anna Boulter, nrrd thirteen, while bathing with another girl at Towaewae Beach, got out of her depth and was drowned. Henry Goorgo Bendall, a married man, forty-eight years of age, was found in his bedroom at Auckland on Saturday with a 6evere wound in his throat. He died before a doctor arrived. The deceased, who was a mattress maker, had been depressed lately. He leaves a widow and one child. On. Wednesday Mr James Blackmoro, forty-four, a retired farmer at Southburn, was thrown out or fell out of bis gig, and was picked up unconscious and removed to the hospital, whore ho succumbed yesterday.— Timaru telegram. Robert Macgrogor, aged thirty-two years, was admitted to tho hospital on Saturday evening, suffering from injuries to his head, received through falling from a tramcar in Princes street. His condition ia not serious. He is single, and resides in Bathgate street, South. Dunedin.
