Japan’s preparations to entertain ‘ tlia Prince of Wales are complete. The welcome will bo the most elaborate ever staged in Japan. Court and official circles and the common people arc keenly interested in the Royal visitor. A special railway train, with coaches designed* and decorated by Japan’s foremost artists, will bo used for (ho Prince’s tour. Millions of British flags arc being manufactured.
