The only sale registered this morning was Waihi at 18s 6d, the market dosing with buyers at 18s and sellers at 18s 9d. Union Bank of Australias are now in one. issue, and were offered at £ll 18s, but no buyers were quoting. Huddart, Barkers have firmed slightly to buyers at 42s 9d and sellers at 43s 6d, and Goldsbrough, Moris have also improved, with buyers offering 35s 6d and sellers asking 36s 6d. Good inquiry continues for Government bonds and stock, but sellers are scarce. Sales on ’Change: Waihi, 18s 6d. —Mining.—
