GUN ALLEY MURDER.
MELBOURNE, March 17. (Received. March 17, at 11.15 a.m.) Counsel for Ross indicated that fresh evidence would show that witnesses heard a girl screaming at a place different from Ross’s restaurant; that a woman saw a man dragging Alma Tirtschko down tho street; and that no girl of the description of Tirtschko was in Ross’s restaurant on the afternoon of tho murder.
