.HASTINGS, March 17,

In connection with a series of suspicious fires during the past four weeks two. young men —James Alexander Moss (aged twenty) and Percy John Crawley (aged twenty-two)—were amsted last night. They appeared in court this morning, and were remanded till Wednesday.
