A meeting of 200 Unionist Conservative members of the House of Commons discussed the Coalition. Several “ Die-hards ” dissented from the Government’s Irish policy, but the feeling of the meeting was strongly against an action which would 1 have "the effect of dividing the Unionist Party. There was no desire evinced to end the Coalition ow to withdraw support from, the Unionist leaders.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
