MEAT EXPORT BOARD
MR D. JONES, M.P., CHAIRMAN,
The Meat Export Control Board, confisting o! Messrs Hanking and D. Jones, ; M.P. '{Government representatives), T, A. Duncan, John C. N. Grigg, William Perry, Adam Hamilton. M.P., and J. S. Jcesep (meat producers' representatives), met in Parliament Buildings yesterday, there being a full attendance of members, Mr Jones'was appointed chairman and Mr Jessep vice-chairman. Hons, but nothing further was demo that could be reported, Nothing, he added, ; was said about the appointment of a, London agent for the board. They hod not reached that stage yet. It is understood that the Government has not- yet arrived at a decision with j regard to'the appointment of Mr W. D.; Hunt, managing director of Messrs Wright, ( Stephenson, and Co., formerly member of 1 the National Efficiency Board, nominated, by the stock and station agents as their ' representative on the board.
