Moore) claimed from Robert and Mary Fulcher possession of a house in Leith street, and also claimed to recover tho sum of £l4 5s for rent duo from October 31, 1921, to February 13, 1922.—Judgment was given for rent due, less £9 10s paid into court, and possession was withhold.
