Totsdat, Mauch 14. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) BY DEFAULT. Judgment, with costs, was given fox plaintiffs in the following undefended eases ; J. M. O'Grady v. Hugh Fraser (Macraes Flat), £5 lls, for money lent and interest; Richard Burton v. Thomas Ekenstoen (Tufttapero), £5 14s sd. balance- of goods sold and delivered; A. E. Usherwood v. W .0. Burke (Middlemarch), £26 12s 6fl, for goods supplied ; J. Peterson and Co. v. H. Stewart, £4 8s 2d, for goods sold and delivered. CLAIM FOR POSSESSION AND RENT. Rupert Fountain (Mr W, L. Moore) claimed from Robert and Mary Fulcher possession of a house in Leith street, and also claimed to recover tho sum of £l4 5s for rent duo from October 31, 1921, to February 13, 1922.—Judgment was given for rent due, less £9 10s paid into court, and possession was withhold.
