DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. P. and O.b have had a sharp rise, and a sale took place this morning at £355, the market closing with further buyers at £353 and sellers at £558. Bank shares remain much the same. In insurance Nationals had a close market, buyers offering 60s and sellers asking 60s 3d, New Zealand, South British, and Standards remain unaltered. Westport Coals were wanted at 27s 6d, but sellers hold for 6d more j and Huddart-P.vrkcrs were quoted 42s buyer. 42s 9d solicit Two sales of Crown, Ewing)' wero booked at 245, and more were wantei at that price, but sellers asked 24s 6d. Goldsbrough, Moris have firmed up, ant 31s 3d was offered, but no seller came forward under 32s 3d. N.Z. Refrigerating (paid) wero sought for at 31s fid, with sellt 525, and tho cont. issue were quoted 17s 3d buyer, 17s fid seller. Mosgiol Woollens have better buyers at £5 10s, bat sellers remain at £5 14s. N.Z. Drugs came in for inquiry at 55s 3d, but seller was 56a 6d.
