ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
A Press Association telegram from Invercargill states that tho police have been informed that Mrs Stancombe, wife of a surfaceman at Athol, was found dead at the back door of her house yesterday. She was forty years of age. Arthur Didliam, aged thirteen years, living with his parents at 54 Bay View road, St. Kilda, was admitted to tho hospital yesterday suffering from minor injuries caused by being thrown from a horse.
