A REPORTED AGREEMENT

WARSAW, July 21. {Received July 22, at 10.40 a.m.) It is reported that France and Poland have concluded a treaty, under which the latter undertakes to maintain a standing army of 600,000, France to contribute one gold* franc per day towards the maintenance of each man. In trie event of Trance wholly or partially settling the Upper Silesian question, .Poland undertakes to grant France the right to develop all the mines in the Pless and. Eybnik, districts. In the event of the Supreme Council assigning Upper Siloaia to Poland, she .will assign_4o per cent, of the capital in the German industries there to France.— A, and N,Z. Cable.
