The Paris Academy of Science, having declared the discovery to be of the highest scientific importance, is now inundated with world-wide applications. Dr Spahlinger aims to prevent the promiscuon xuanufaciurs of ineffective scrum, and desires that its manufacture and A. tribution shall be solely conducted by Government laboratories under skill, ■ instructors.
