OLD FOLK ENTERTAINED

Tim inmates of tho Benevolent Institution, Caverßham, were entertained last evening by a email concert party arranged by Mr Harper "White. The programme presented was thoronghly enjoyed by the old people. Musical items were contributed by Mies A. Gourlay, Messrs A. Gordon, and M. O’Sulliv.in, and were much appreciated, each performer having to respond to an encore. The feature of the evening was the conjuring tricks of Messrs H. White and N. Wallace, who gave a very clever exhibition of- magic, anti completely mystified and amused the audience. At tho conclusion of the programme Mr G. Porteoas, on behalf of the inmates, briefly thanked the visitors for the. enjoyable entertainment.
