REJECT OWNERS' OFFER. DECIDE'TO COME ASHORE. Prew Association—By Telegraph—Copyright December 13. A mass meeting of marine stewards and pantrymen rejected the steamship owners' offer, and decided to cease work as soon as the vessels they are engaged on reach their home ports. It is believed that the decision means the commencement of a far-reaching waterside dispute.
