After tw<- were shot in the Grc-sham Hotel military reinforcement.-, surrounded the hotel. Fighting was renewed, and a civilian "and two soldiers were killed. All the trains from Dublin are now held up. The Central Hotel was commandeered by the staff, and the guests were given two hours' notice' to leave. While travelling to Limerick from Dublin after their acquittal by a court-martial concerning a constable's death, two men. named Blake and O'Neill, were held up by armed men, who asked for Blake. The hitter's brother answered, and was shot dead. O'Neill's body was subsequently found riddled with bullets* * }\* '? •-'■' Fifteen thousand, spectators were present at Croke Park.
