Passengers J Prom Wellington—Mesdames Waddel, Ellison, Birley, Wilkie and child, Misses Gundy, Stoclcdale, Parnell, Harper, Mlchalanny Mr Birloy. Prom Lyttelton—Mesdamea Greenwood, Hackett, Davis, Croak, Messrs Scott (2), Holmes, Hackett, Greenwood, Masters Croak, Mason. From Dunedin—Mesdames Cnsp and infant, Moss, Misses Wilson, Sutherland, Cox, Nicholas, Messrs Stewart, Pye, Crisp, Burke. From Bluff—Mrs Rowley, Miss Rowley, Messrs M*Lean (2), Rowley, Master Rowley (2); and 35 in the steerage. All work is stopped at Auckland owing to the continued heavy rain. The Paloona is expected to get away to-morrow, and. the Kaituna to-morrow night. The Kaipara has not completed loading for Melbourne. Rain at Wellington last night slopped all work. The Moana sails this evening for Sydney and Hobart. Tlha Manuka leaves to-night for Lyttelton and Port Chalmers. The Wanaka sails to-morrow afternoon for Bluff, and after discharge loads for Oamaru, Timam, and Auckland. The Mapourika arrived at New Plymouth this morning, and is due to sail at noon to-morrow for Wellington and Lyttelton. The Flora leaves New Plymouth this afternoon for Wellington, thence to Pioton to load for Ondhtmga. Greymoufch reports a fresh easterly, showery, and a moderate swell. No work was done on the Karamu last night, owing to the rain, but it expected she will sail to-morrow for Lyttelton. Westport repeats a light easterly, unsettled, and a moderate swell running. The Itittawa left Westport at 6 this morning for Wellington. The Corinna leaves Timaru to-night for Nelson and New Phono nth. The Maheno leaves Sydney to-morrow for Auckland. The Monowai leaves here on, Saturday for Auckland via ports. The Kahika is expected to leave here tonight for Oamaru, Timaru, and Wellington. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. AUCKLAND, August 19.—12.25 p.rn., Riverina, for Sydney. Having been cleaned and painted, the Waitomo came out of dock at Port Chalmers to-dav. She sails this evening for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Auckland.
