Messrs James Sainson and Co., at their rooms to-day, offered by auction a number of freehold properties—two in Kaikorai, one in Caversham, one in Duddingston street, and one in Onslow street, St. Clair. There was a good attendance, but all except the St. Clair property failed to reach the reserve, the latter being sold at a satisfactory figure.
