CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER
TAXI-DRIVER BEFORE COURT. [Pee United Press Association.] PALMERSTON~NORTH, Julv 2. tho tho Police Court to-dav Warren Newth, taxi-driver, was charged" with having, on May 20, at Sanson, committed manslaughter by causing the deaths of Arthur Ernest Eglinton'and Alfred Edward Penny, of Sanson, and Frank Kidman, of Wellington. A large plan of tho scene of the collision and the roads leading to it on each side for some distance wero placed before tho Bench, and evidence as io the preparation of the plan was gjven by H. J. Wylde, surveyor. The case Is proceeding.
