CHURCH OF CHRIST ANNIVERSARY
The Church of Christ at Xorth-east , Yalley held their 54th annual tea and con- ! cert last might. There was a splendid 1 gathering of parents, friends, and scholars, I and nearly 100 sat down to tea. After tea ; came the concert, which was given, entirely I by the Bible School children and teachers. IThe programme, a very fine one,' was • greatly appreciated by all present. It i consisted at songs', duets, trio, recitation, and two specially-written dialogues, one entitled "The Coming of the Prince,' 'and jthe other -was 'Keeping Up Appearances.' The chairman was Mr T. Arnold, and the following took part:—The Bible School' Choir ('Sir L. Benjamin, conductor), the Primary Department (under Miss Benjamin). Addresses'by Evangelist Adams (of Roalyn) «nd JE-vangelist Fitzgerald (of Morning-ton); it-ems by Misses Benjamin L.r and R. South, and E. and M. Turner' Charles. South, Allan Green, Sam Brown' Charles Turner, Findlay Buchanan, Arthur Thompson, Wallace Buchanan, Fred Green, Willie Buchanan, Willie Brown, Thomas Buchanan, Robert Thompson. A very enjoyable evening was brought to "a close by the singing of 'God Be With You Till We Meet Again.'
