FOUND DEAD

[Prb Ukited Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, July 1. The body of George Leonard Bowrou was found on the New Brighton Beach in circumstances pointing to suicide. The deceased was 33 years of age, and single. He •was th» eldest son of Mr Georgeßo wron, a member of the firm of Sbwron Bros. Alongside iho body was a revolver, two chambers of which had been discharged into the deceased’s mouth. In the pocket of hia coat, were two letters marked “strictly private.” One was, addressS to his father. The deceased' was well known in motoring and musical circles.
