'A COUNTRY GIRL'

The Dunedin Operatic Society are presenting ' A Country Girl' at His Majesty's Theatre next week, commencing on Monday, 21st inst. Last night a full dress rehearsal was held in the Theatre, and Mr Tom Pollard was very pleased at the manner in which the members went through the performance. The principals can be relied upon to give a good account of themselves, and the chorus arc strong and put plenty of life into their work' while the ballets will be excellent. The public are assured of a musical treat As the box plan will open at The Bristol tomorrow, thoy should not delay in securing seats. 'A Country Girl' is very popular with the public, and is expected to attract full houses. Day sales will be obtainable at the Geyser.
