Previously JJiey were all selling at Is 3d. Hubert Stars, accountant, said ho had made upJTait's profit and loss trading account. The return on the capital invested was not high. In hi* opinion, the return wa,? low, taking all the circumstances inkconsideration. Tliat was the genera] opinion. In saying this he had regard to the primary Jaw of chemists, not to split threepenny bits. The Magistrate intimated that he would give his decision in writing.
