A COSMOPOLITAN CHOWD.
PEOPLE FROM ALL VISITING THOMSONS'. That people in various walks of life frequently find an attraction in the same objects is evidenced by a glance through the visitors' book in use at Messrs Thomson avid Co.'s cordisl" and carbonated water factory during the present show. Within the last few days tho names of visitors hailing from such places as New York, London, Durham, Glasgow, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, and Christchurch liavo been entered, while side by side with these are the names of visitors from the remote backbiocks of Otago and Canterbury, as well as largo numbers of Dunedin residents. The factory will open for inspection again to-morrow from 9 to 12 in the morning, 1 to 5 in the afternoon, and 7 to 9 in tho evening, and since -it has been closed all to-day an exceptionally larse crowd is expected to-morrow. Visitors are therefore advised to go as early in the dav as possible, when they -.Till have every opportunity oi thoroughly inspecting the machines at their work and of going through tho whole of this model up-to-date factory. Tho factor}-, we might say, is within easy access, as it is only a few doora down from the Agricultural .Hall, where the show is being held. Saturday is the last day for inspection, and the hours are from 9 to 12 in th* morning only>—[Advt.]
