Katherine Macdonald is responsible for some good emotional acting in 'The Woman Thou Gavest Me,' the pictunsation of Hall Caine's story, which is the principal attraction" at' the Octagon. The supports are good.
KING'S. | 'Laughing Bill Hyde,' a Bex Beach drama of the great North-West, is the head-liner at the King's. This is said to be the author's greatest motionpicture achievement. There is a good supporting programme. PLAZA. j 'Vicky Van,' a thrilling mystery! drama featuring Ethel Clayton, is thej feature at the Plaza. The supports are good. QUEEN'S. - ' One Dollar Bid,' starring Emmett Corrigan, is now showing at the Queen's. The story is set in Kentucky, and concerns a girl who, under
an old law, bought a man for a dollar, and reclaimed him from despair and degradation. The supports are good: EVERYBODY'S. 'A pair of Sixes,' featuring Tas'lor Holmes, is the head-liner at Everybody's. The programme includes the 12th chapter of ' The Man of Might.'
