Thirty-three candidates competed at Bisley over ranges from 500 to 1,000 vards for inclusion in the team for Australia. Wallace attended the testa. He and Richardson will complete the itinerary as soon as Wallace receives the date for tho Federal Match at Adelaide. Carrod is the team’s squadron leader, and the reserve members are J. L. Dewar, Captain H. Douglas, Petty Officer W. Cray, and E. M‘Cue. Lieutenant-colonel P. Richardson, interviewed, said that he was satisfied ho had (jot a fin© team together, which was drawn trorn the Navy, the Army, and the Air Force. The team will sail in the Demosthenes, via Cape, oh August. 11, the tour to end in November. VISITING RIFLEMEN. LONDON, May 29. The following riflemen have been selected to visit Australia:— Colonel Richardson (commandant) Major Monro (adjutant), A. Carrod (captain), W. Cray ‘(lieutenant), A. Martin F. Morton, H. Northcote, Major E. Parnell, Major Pisley, A. Rowland, J. A. Smith, Captain T. Smith, F. C. Thompson, and H. T. Wood.
