AMSTERDAM, May 30. The ‘HandolsbladV Berlin correspondent states that a secret International Conference of Communists was held at Constance, at which tho British Communists were not represented, and that it was decided, despite the hesitancy of the French, Italian, and Dutch delegates, to commence a world revolution on Juno 15.
