A special meeting of the Otago Harbor Board was held this, afternoon ;'present—-the-chairman (Mr H. L. Tapley), Messrs Galbraith, Loudon, Wilkinson,' Moller, Dickson, Robert*, M'Donald,' Larnach. and Douglas. Tlie business, being departmental, was taken in committee. In the Portobeilo School this afternoon there was unveiled a roll of honor containing the names of all ex-pupils of the school who had been at the -ivar.
